Service and acceptance
Ask Krishna provides AI-assisted spiritual reflection, Bhagavad Gita learning, chat, practice, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AI and safety notice
Responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from traditional interpretations. They are for educational and reflective use only. They are not divine communication, a substitute for a qualified religious teacher, or medical, mental-health, emergency, legal, financial, or tax advice. For an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect access to your linked Google or Apple account and use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or entitlements. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for security, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Your content and shared conversations
You retain rights in content you submit and give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service. Creating a share link makes the selected conversation snapshot available to anyone with that link until revoked. Do not share another person's personal or confidential information without permission.
Subscriptions
Some features have server-enforced limits or require a paid entitlement. Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms and the offer shown before purchase. We do not store payment-card details. Access follows the verified store entitlement.
Intellectual property and availability
The service, software, branding, and curated content are owned by or licensed to HNIX Innovations Private Limited. We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service. The service is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified in the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Questions or complaints: hnix.contact@gmail.com.
