Bhagavad Gita Verse 9.17

इस सम्पूर्ण जगत्का धाता अर्थात् धारण करनेवाला एवं कर्मोंके फलको देनेवाला, पिता, माता, पितामह, जाननेयोग्य,’ पवित्र ओंकार तथा ऋग्वेद, सामवेद और यजुर्वेद भी मैं ही हूँ|

I am the sustainer, the father,mother, and grandfather of the whole universe. I represent all that is knowable and worth knowing I am the Supreme Purifier of all things in the Universe and I represent all of the Vedas in the Universe also, namely, Rig Veda, Yajur Veda and Sama Veda.
