Bhagavad Gita Verse 4.25

दूसरे योगीजन देवताओंके पूजनरूप यज्ञका ही भलीभाँति अनुष्ठान किया करते हैं और अन्य योगीजन परब्रह्म परमात्मारूप अग्निमें अभेददर्शनरूप यज्ञके द्वारा ही आत्मरूप यज्ञका हवन किया करते हैं|

The Lord continued: Some Yogis prefer to perform sacrifice through the worship of deities (gods and god esses): other Yogis perform sacrifice to Brahma in the form of fire.
